SaniSafe Products Company, like the vast majority of San Antonio and Central Texas businesses has been closed since Monday, February 15th due to heavy Snow and Ice in the vicinity. As a result of the rare and unexpected weather conditions, Texas ERCOT electric system mandated rolling brown outs in the community causing many to have little if any power. Therefore, our machines have not been operational for this week.
Currently, we are approaching re-opening on a day by day basis. Based on the weather forecast, we can reasonably expect to be up and running on Monday, February 22nd at 8:00 AM. We sincerely apologize to our customers for any inconvenience that this may have caused. Unfortunately, for many of our team members, they have had little access to cell phone service and internet capability.
